Welcome to Holt Fitness Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, subscribing, or using any of our services—including in-person training, nutritional guidance, downloadable guides, or access to our coaching app—you (“you” or “the client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Covered
These Terms apply to all Holt Fitness Inc. services, including:
In-person training sessions
Nutrition guidance
Digital products such as downloadable guides and programs
Access to our training app and related tools
Our services are available globally, unless otherwise restricted by law.
2. Payments & Subscriptions
Payment is accepted via credit card.
Services may be purchased as single packages or through recurring subscriptions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Refunds are not guaranteed. Any refunds or cancellations are handled at our discretion and may be subject to specific conditions.
3. Health & Safety
You are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before beginning any program if you have health concerns, medical conditions, or injuries that may be affected by exercise.
Holt Fitness Inc. is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or complications that may occur as a result of participation in our services. You assume full responsibility for your own safety.
4. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate health information and updates as needed.
Follow instructions and training safely and responsibly.
Not share, copy, or distribute Holt Fitness Inc. programs, guides, or app content without prior written consent.
5. Use of Content & Testimonials
All workouts, programs, digital guides, and app content are the intellectual property of Holt Fitness Inc. and may not be reproduced or shared.
By providing testimonials, feedback, or progress photos, you grant Holt Fitness Inc. permission to use them for marketing purposes, with your consent.
6. App Access & Data
App accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke access if accounts are misused.
We collect client data (such as body measurements, nutrition logs, and training progress) solely for the purpose of monitoring and improving your results. This information is not sold or shared with third parties.
7. Termination of Services
Holt Fitness Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are not made on time
Services are misused
Inappropriate or abusive conduct occurs
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes will first be resolved through arbitration or mediation before proceeding to legal action.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Holt Fitness Inc. services, unless you have written consent from a parent or guardian.
By purchasing, subscribing, or participating in Holt Fitness Inc. services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
