Who is Christopher Holt?

With 12+ years of experience in the fitness industry, I know firsthand how confusing fitness advice can be. As a young trainer, I struggled to make sense of the conflicting information out there despite it being my job. That experience shaped my coaching philosophy: Keep it simple, focus on what works, and give people the tools they need to be successful for life.

I don’t just teach you how to lift weights. I also encourage clients to learn skills—like boxing, running, and jump rope, so they learn to express their fitness in more ways than having bigger muscles. My attention to detail makes me an ace with form which means few injuries and faster progress for you. Pivoting when necessary so training stays productive.
