This guide combines the fundamentals I've learn across 10+ years as a personal trainer, and lays out an action plan to improve Fitness (Strength & endurance & recovery), Nutrition (for weight loss, weight gain, or general health), and mindset (how to stay consistent and develop long lasting habits). Virtual Training

Let me introduce you to Fit for Life FastTrack. I've taken into account all of the possible problems you can have during your fitness journey and made a solution for them. If you ever felt:

  • "I don’t know what to do for my workout" - your routine will be delivered via the training app;

  • "I feel unmotivated" - I'll be able to track when you miss workouts via the app and check in on you to help re-motivate you or adjust your program to make adherence easier;

  • "I don’t know if I’m doing this right"- you’ll be able to send me videos and I'll tell you how to improve form. You can also book half hour or full hour sessions to do a one-on-one.

  • "I can’t stay consistent" - techniques to help you effectively build sustainable habits.

1 on 1 Personal Trianing

Personal training is how you refine your training. Refine your lifting technique, training intensity, boost motivation, and increase accountability.  It’s important to note that personal training doesn’t achieve the results, the program does. Getting dailed in on how to perform each exercise with perfect form is extremely valuable and will accelerate progress and reduce the likelihood of an injury.
