Chris is a superb trainer -- the best and most effective that I've had. Unlike others, he paid attention to my unique needs, in terms of weaker muscle groups, poor posture, etc., and tailored a specific set of exercises to target these areas. He emphasizes small but effective movements and proper form, above all else (more important than the amount of weight being lifted, for example), and the results have been amazing. I walk differently; I stand differently; friends have noticed a change. He's simultaneously laid back and no-nonsense, which is hard to achieve; mostly it comes from patience, I think. He's always mixing things up, so workouts never feel routine. I'm 45 years old -- he's making the transition to middle age much easier, with fewer aches and pains. Five stars, no hesitation.

Chris is a wonderful trainer. Very patient and understanding of one's fitness level no matter where you are at, while still maintaining high expectations for your workouts. He's very personable and a good teacher, especially for newcomers to the gym. Would highly recommend his services!

Chris is, without a doubt, the best trainer I have ever had. What I like is not only his patience and ability to communicate the fundamentals and reasons why the exercises are utilized but also because he is super sharp in figuring out what works well for me. And I definitely see the results and progression which is encouraging on many fronts for me to keep personally motivated. He really is the best.
