FIGHT OR FLIGHT (WEEKEND BOOTCAMP)

USA track and field coach Kymani Smith and myself have partnered together to bring you the the ultimate conditioning workout. This one hour class will leave you sweating and smiling from beginning to end. We've created this bootcamp because we noticed the lack of individuality in a class setting. we make an extra effort to know all of our attendees names and offer at least one moment of individual attention. But its not just about us. Our class will allow you to meet people who are on similar fitness journeys like yourself to build a sense of community around Training. This bootcamp is a great break from training on your own, and offer the best results when combined with Personal training   to keep thing fun while still working towards your individual goals.
