21 Day waist slimming Challenge

The 21 day waist slimming challenge is what you need to get started on your 2019 fitness goals. All the features included in this challenge strategically get you results quickly, keep you accountable so you stay consistent, and use progressive overload to gradually increase intensity while you slim your waist.



The most important part of this program is the accountability features. Running through the Holt Fitness app attendees will get access to video tutorials so you know exactly what you need to do. There is a calendar feature, so you can schedule your workouts and keep track of how often you’re working out. There’s also in-app messaging, so if you have a question you can reach out.

The biggest thing people care about is results. This program will change the way your pants fit, guaranteed. The HIIT WORKOUTS are design to give you the best results in the least amount of time. Your workouts will last no longer than 45 minutes.


Workout Structure

As I mentioned before, the workout will be HIIT style. I will be using progressive overload to gradually increase workout intensity in order to build your tolerance. This will prepare you for the final workout which will be the most difficult.
